The administrative support services for the Immigration Appeals Tribunal and the Refugee Protection Appeals Tribunal resume on Monday, 8th June 2020.
This resumption of service means that appellants are able to deliver documents regarding their appeal during soft curfew hours on their designated days.
Starting Monday, 8th June 2020, documents can be placed in the drop box assigned to the “Appeals Tribunal Secretariat” located at the security gate of the Government Administration Building (GAB). Appellants are advised that all documents must include contact information for the appellants, being contact numbers and preferably email addresses. The Secretariat primarily communicates information regarding appeals via email. If appellants do not have email addresses, they will be contacted via their contact numbers to arrange the collection of documents from GAB.
Pertaining to the filing of new notices of appeal, payments can be made via electronic transfer of funds as follows:

A copy of the executed direct deposit should be emailed to iat@gov.ky.
If appellants are unable to make payment via electronic transfer of funds, the usual method of bank drafts will continue to be accepted.
As stated above this is a resumption of administrative support services; meetings of the Tribunals have not yet resumed, however they are working on the resumption of meetings and hope to have an update regarding this in due course.
