The article, which was published on January 23, describes the "no shoes, no shirt, no problem-atmosphere" of the Cayman Islands where the duo has been attending the Cayman Cookout for the past three years.
According to the article, host of Cayman Cookout, Eric Ripert invited E.J. to work at his Michelin three-star restaurant, Le Bernardin after his first year working at the event.
