The individuals are asymptomatic travellers who tested positive following routine screening. They will remain in isolation until considered recovered.
These six travellers all provided negative test results as part of the new arrival requirements for travel.
The number of people in isolation, either at a government facility or in their homes, as required by the Medical Officer of Health, is 1,434.
Two people have died of the virus since it was first detected. The case fatality rate is 0.5%.
A further 339 people have received the COVID-19 vaccine since this was last reported on Thursday, 14 January 2021. This brings the total number of people vaccinated in the Cayman Islands to 4,435.
