Guidance for education centres, teachers and parents in the Cayman Islands on coronavirus (COVID-19) from the Cayman Islands Government.
While the 2019/2020 academic school year has ended, from Sunday, 5 July 2020, educational institutions and facilities may commence full operations, including social and sporting activities. However, guidelines have been issued for certain entities and activities and contact sports will only be allowed from Sunday, 19 July 2020.
The Ministry of Education continues to monitor the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
Guidance Documents
Educational institutions and facilities that may now operate subject to guidelines include summer camps, vacation bible schools and early childhood care and education centres (nurseries, preschools and daycares).
