Minister Launches Mobile Clinic in Virgin Islands to Bring Healthcare to Residents' Doorsteps
The Virgin Islands (VI) Minister for Communications and Works, Hon Kye M.
Rymer, along with the committee to Keep District 5 Alive, launched a monthly mobile clinic for the 5th District.
The initiative aims to bring essential medical services directly to residents' doorsteps, offering services such as blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol testing, as well as prescription services.
The mobile clinic has already served over 12 individuals in the comfort of their homes.
The program is designed to provide convenient access to quality healthcare and is scheduled to take place once a month with further expansions planned.
