No new COVID-19 cases reported in Cayman Islands; 5,946 vaccinated
The Chief Medical Officer, Dr. John Lee, reports that 423 COVID-19 tests have been carried out since this was last reported on Tuesday, 19 January 2021. All were negative.
The number of people in isolation, either at a government facility or in their homes, as required by the Medical Officer of Health, is 1,312.
A further 607 people have received the COVID-19 vaccine since this was last reported on Tuesday, 19 January 2021. This brings the total number of people vaccinated in the Cayman Islands to 5,946.
