One new COVID-19 case reported in Cayman Islands, 18 remain active
The Chief Medical Officer, Dr. John Lee, reports that 334 COVID-19 tests have been carried out since this was last reported on Wednesday, 28 October 2020. One was positive.
The individual is an asymptomatic traveller who returned a positive test result following routine screening. They will remain in isolation until considered recovered.
The total number of people in isolation, either at a government facility or in their homes as required by the Medical Officer of Health, is 708.
