Prince William Prepares to Launch New Project on Homelessness, Says Children Will 'Definitely Be Exposed' to Issue
Prince William, the Prince of Wales, has revealed that his children will "definitely be exposed" to homelessness as he prepares to launch a new project on the issue.
In an interview with the Sunday Times, he said he wanted his children to understand that some people need a helping hand.
The prince plans to take his children to a homeless shelter at the right time, following in the footsteps of his mother, Princess Diana, who took him and his brother to a London homeless shelter when he was 11.
The new project will focus on youth homelessness, with the aim of preventing it.
The prince has also revealed that there are plans for social housing on the Duchy of Cornwall, the estate given to the heir of the throne.
