The most luxurious (and pricey) spas on Grand Cayman include La Prairie Spa at the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman and the Kimpton’s Spa at Seafire. Tour and Taste: Lose track of time and maybe even the weather by going on a distillery tour and tasting.
